As for me, it was a very nice experience with great people and an amazing family whose Christian spirit and values are seen immediately you encounter them (Bernard, Cynthia, Michaela and Cristina). We enjoyed ourselves and although we had a good laugh together, it was nevertheless a spiritual experience going through the meal as the apostles did with Jesus and re-living those moments. It was also very nice to pray together before the meal started.

Before we began, we had some time of prayer and reflection. That few moments for me were very special. As I gazed around me and saw everyone gathered in prayer, I felt the presence of Jesus amongst us. As I was in prayer, I told Jesus how lucky I was to be surrounded by persons like these. It's nice to feel like a big family.

Being basically the same group of last year was a good idea to better relationships withing Community. The meal was great and very well organized.

It was a very positive and even prayerful experience. We appreciate all the preparation that such a meal entails and are very grateful to our hosts.
Francesca and Keith
The Passover meal was a wonderful event. We were very happy that we were in the same group as we were at the last two. This allowed us to bond more. The atmosphere was relaxed but still solemn. The organization was superb with great attention to detail. Our hosts are really filled with a Spirit of service.

As we mediate and pray the psalms in preparation for this year's retreat in our cenacoli, we are sure to experience a genuine desire to praise and worship God through them. This year's retreat 'Who am I that You care for me?' will take us through the journey of Psalms of Orientation, to Psalms of Disorientation and Lamentation, then Penitential Psalms, and coming full circle to Psalms of Reorientation. | | read more | | ACTS 13 to be launched soon 15-02-2013
